1 Auto-renewal can be canceled at any time from your application store. Once a number expires, it is moved to ‘Quarantine’, and you will be able to repurchase it for a few weeks. If you don’t, it will be put back onto the market.
2 Outgoing calls are made via GSM. A valid SIM card is required. Calls are deducted from your mobile plan; fair usage policy applies. Unlimited incoming calls use VolP (Voice over IP). For incoming calls via GSM, please review the Calls section of your Settings and subscribe to incoming calls on GSM plan.
3 Incoming & outgoing texts use the internet (Wi-Fi or SIM data plan). We do not tolerate spamming, so traffic has to be reasonably balanced (considering the difference between incoming and outgoing volume).
4 Incoming & outgoing MMS are using internet (Wi-Fi or SIM data plan). Outgoing MMS are sent by link. Incoming MMS require an internet connection to download the MMS. We do not allow MMS Spammers on Onoff, so MMS traffic has to be balanced (the difference between incoming and outgoing volume).
5 Voicemail greetings can be personalized with your own voice. Default voicemail greetings are in the following languages: French, English, Arabic, Portuguese.
6 We cannot guarantee that Onoff numbers will always work when it comes to receiving verification codes, especially during the free trial period. If there's any issue, please contact the third-party's support team, as they may be able to provide assistance on this matter.
7 Onoff provides support in English and French. We do our best to answer all requests within 24 hours. For more information, please contact our support.
8 International calls and messages requires credits or an international package.
9 In order to receive short texts from legal institutions like banks, we have to make sure those banks are registered on the Onoff system. Most banks are already registered. To register, please send us an email on: [email protected]
